Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your BrittaWear robe. If you are not satisfied with your robe, you may return your robe for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling, within 30 days of receipt.
The robe must be returned in its original condition: No tears, marks, or blemishes on the robe; no signs of wear on the robe, such as perfume or make-up; the robe must not have been washed, worn, or altered in any way, and the original tags must be included.
We cannot accept a return of any robe with any indication that it has been worn, washed, or mishandled in any way.

Exchanges
You may exchange your robe within 30 days of receipt for another robe.

Damaged or Incorrect Robe Shipped
If you have received a damaged robe, or the robe that you received is not the one that you ordered, please contact Britta within 5 days of receipt at 760-351-6967 for instructions.
